Iris Tech is a Tokyo-based software studio. We work closely with each client — embedding technical judgment into their long-term operations rather than scaling case volume — and we cover the full range from front-end implementation through infrastructure.
A consistent commitment across our work is transparency. Complex systems should not become black boxes, and the reasoning behind technical decisions should remain accessible to the people responsible for them. We see that openness as the foundation of trust between technology providers and the businesses they serve.

- AI SolutionDetails in Japanese
We implement machine learning and large language models into client operations, including private deployments that do not transmit customer data to external services. Our work covers selection of cloud LLMs or on-premises configurations, integration with existing business systems, and the design of evaluation criteria and acceptance tests — so output quality can be judged against business requirements rather than left to subjective impression. We also help organizations prepare for the agentic web by making their systems machine-readable.

We design and implement API integrations between internal systems and external services. Our scope includes authentication design (OAuth, OpenID Connect), data synchronization across SaaS platforms, custom API development, and the security considerations that come with each. Past work includes secure financial-grade integrations such as OpenID Connect connections to banking APIs.

We build and maintain the foundation that allows production systems to evolve without downtime. This includes parallel staging environments that mirror production, deployment procedures with built-in diff verification and rollback paths, cross-layer monitoring of servers and applications, and certificate operations resilient to renewal failures. New construction and integration into existing environments are both supported.

End-to-end web application development covering requirements, design, implementation, operation, maintenance, and handoff. We also design and operate CMS deployments and e-commerce sites. A consistent priority across our work is that systems remain maintainable by subsequent teams — we design for handoff from the first day, not as an afterthought.
- Technology Audit & AdvisoryDetails in Japanese
Independent third-party review of vendor proposals, estimates, and incident reports. Because we also implement systems ourselves, we can verify claims at the level of code, logs, and infrastructure configuration rather than only at the level of documentation. We translate technical content into business language for clients who need verification capability without an in-house technology lead. The advisory engagement is non-resident — we act as an external partner reachable when needed, not as embedded staff.

A working reference on integrating AI into production business systems: evaluation, prompt versioning and regression, reliability and cost, integration boundaries, and data protection. Written as a growing reference rather than a chronological blog — informed by ongoing client engagements.
Our published policy on AI use in client work — covering customer data handling, review requirements for AI-generated code, human-in-the-loop for irreversible decisions, transparency, and the boundaries of external LLM use. Provided so procurement teams can evaluate our practices against internal requirements.
